Position Summary This individual is responsible for carrying out the everyday responsibilities of a mold base team. The team includes Shift Leaders, Machinist, Programmers, and Assembly. Specific focus on quality, efficiency, and on–time delivery.
Principle Responsibilities
  • Oversees the day-to-day operation of the mold base production in accordance to QCT (quality, cost, time/delivery) model. Best quality, at the lowest cost with on time delivery.
  • Drives the team's performance to ensure key performance indicators (KPI's) meet or exceed company goals including but not limited spindle utilization, on time delivery, machining efficiency, scrap and rework.
