Mr. Vishal pawar
(Chief Executive Officer)
Vishal is an accomplished executive with proven track record in heading the Marketing & Strategy function, he also leads Finance, Operations & HR. A mechanical engineer with master’s in marketing management from NMIMS, Mumbai, Vishal started his career in 1999 as an automotive R&D engineer with a multinational conglomerate. Prior to AllyGrow, he led the marketing & strategy function for a leading engineering services company. His role involved extensively working on analysing competitive landscape, lead generation, branding and developing industry specific service offerings. As a part of the strategic role, he was responsible for devising the corporate & business level strategy along with driving its implementation across functions. Additionally, he was also responsible for developing & managing key accounts, entry into new geographies and M&A
Mr. Amit Joshi
(Global Head – Operations)
Amit is responsible for the delivery organization at AllyGrow Technologies. After his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University, he started his career in 1997 as an R&D engineer with a leading name in Indian automotive industry. His career is exemplified with rich experience in core engineering across varying industries. Over the past 25+ years he has worked in various capacities spanning across engine design specialist, Key Account Manager, Delivery head and Practice head with well-known OEMs and Service Delivery Organizations.
Mr. Mangesh Sawant
(Global Head – IT & IS)
Mangesh ia an accomplished IT professional having extensive experience in the IT industry with demonstrated expertise in the IT&ES sector. Prior to AllyGrow, he has worked in a wide variety of areas such as program, management, technical presales, business and IT strategy alignment, acquisition integration, information security, and IT operations management across multiple geographies. He carries a total experience of over 23+ years in the industry.
Mr. Bill Salatino

Bill Salatino has over 35 years of diversified experience in Strategic Sales, Operational, General Management, Team Building, Crisis Management, and an Industry 4.0 steward. Bill also specializes in industrial management, business development, international sales & alliances in Machine Tool, Industrial Automation, Material Handling, Military Electronics, Aerospace, Plastics & Composites domain. Bill will be responsible for managing & growing the engineering services business in the North American region.
